Frequently Asked Questions Do you have a store where I can view your products? As an online only business we have decided to keep our costs down by not having a showroom for you to view our products. Unlike most online stores we let you purchase single sheets which we think it is cost effective alternative to enable you to view our products before you make a larger purchase. Postage on samples will generally be no more than $4.95 so when you think about the time and travel costs that you will be saving, we think it's a smarter way to shop. How much will the freight be on my order? Freight charges throughout Australia will depend on the value of your order. As a rough guide; - Orders Under $30.00: Freight will be $4.95 - Orders from $30.00 - $70.00: Freight will be $7.95 - Orders Over $70.00: Freight will be $15.00 - Orders to be sent outside Australia will be advised of freight options and costs. How long will my order take to arrive? Our standard timeframes are 2 - 4 working days, subject to stock availability. Express Post overnight orders can be requested at a small surcharge which we will always strive to accomodate. Are your papers suitable for Laser and Ink Jet Printers? We attempt to keep specific product information with relation to printing suitability, weight and size in the details page of each product, but should require any further information, please don't hesitate to send us an email and we will respond to you as quickly as possible. |
